Participants in this series of Bible study lessons will gain a deeper understanding of the book of 1 Peter and the teachings it contains. They will explore various themes such as living as strangers in this world, enduring suffering, and shepherding the flock. Through examining these passages, participants will be challenged to apply the principles to their own lives and ministries, and to grow in their relationship with God. Overall, participants will learn how to live as faithful Christians in a world that is often hostile to their faith.

1 Peter Pathway Study

In this Bible study lesson, participants will explore the concept of living hope as presented in 1 Peter 1:1–9. They will learn about the source of our hope, which is Jesus Christ, and how it is grounded in the resurrection. Through examining these passages, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the hope that is available to us as Christians, even in the midst of trials and difficulties. They will also reflect on how they can apply this living hope to their own lives and share it with others.
