They will gain a deeper understanding of Jesus' authority, the power of faith, and the transformative nature of prayer and confession. Through reflection and application, they will be challenged to trust in God's plan, support one another in prayer and confession, and reflect God's love and truth in their communities.

In this Bible study lesson, participants will explore the often-challenging topic of trials and the blessings that can come from them, as discussed in James 1:1–12. They will learn about the importance of perseverance, faith, and seeking wisdom during difficult times. Through examining these passages, participants will gain a deeper understanding of God's character and the role that trials play in our spiritual growth. They will also reflect on how they can apply these lessons to their own lives and ministries.

After retiring from a 36-year business career, I entered Talbot Seminary at BIOLA University where I completed my Masters in Biblical Studies and Theology.
